On October 5, 2021, we were excited to celebrate the ribbon cutting of Greenfield High School’s new classroom building for the South Monterey County Joint Union High School District. This Lease-Leaseback project was a collaboration with JK Architecture Engineering,  JL Modular, and Felice Consulting. Phase 1 consisted of a new parking lot, pedestrian pathways, and plaza creating a new “front door” to the school. Phase 2 was the construction of a two-story 24,417SF classroom building containing standard classrooms and STEM classrooms, including a makerspace lab for robotics and engineering, and restrooms.

This project was led by: Robert Ussery, John Hayward, John Teliha, Kim Siason, Ron Chesshire, and Monica Mays.
