This project consists of the design and construction of a new 25,000SF office building. Additional buildings on the site will include a 750SF radio vault, a 750SF storage building, a 1300SF waste storage building, a 3350SF vehicle fueling area, and a 1,734SF generator enclosure. There will also be an 89-foot-tall radio tower and a 35,600SF parking lot.
