This project consisted of the demolition of the existing Administration of Justice building and construction of the new two-story, 27,100SF Student Services building. Student Services creates a welcoming environment for students, serves the whole student body by integrating services, contributes to student success at all stages of the student’s academic and human development, and collaborates with instruction in all areas.
The new building consists of administrative offices, conference rooms and assisted learning spaces on the first floor. The second floor includes flex space classrooms, study rooms, and the photography department, which is made up of a white room, black room, gray room and a balcony. Common areas in the lobby and on the second floor provide comfortable seating for students and staff to relax, study, or socialize with others. The project also includes site work and new parking.
