The Otto Construction + WRNS Studio design-build team was recognized by DBIA-WPR with an Innovation Award for the Cal Maritime Mayo Hall Renovation and Addition. The award recognizes design-build teams that exemplify the principles of interdisciplinary teamwork, innovation and problem solving while breaking new ground in their approach and accomplishments.
We worked in an integrated way, leveraging the expertise of our entire design-build team to bring Cal Maritime the highest value for their dollars spent. Our strong relationships translated into a culture of trust and a project management shorthand that resulted in success for everyone involved, but most importantly for Cal Maritime. The Mayo Hall Renovation and Addition demonstrates that successful projects require nothing less than a true partnership in which all parties can address project challenges head-on while remaining committed to shared goals.
