Sidney Adams Sidney Adams Project EngineerWith Otto Since: 2016 Sidney’s responsibilities tend to differ slightly from job to job, but his eagerness to learn from his colleagues and tackle his responsibilities means his team can always rely on him. He sees each new challenge as an opportunity to grow simply by listening and learning from the experiences and knowledge of those around him. He may love what he does, but Sidney is a science enthusiast and started out as a Biology major before switching to Construction Management, a change we fully support for obvious reasons (sorry science). When off the clock, you can find Sidney spending time with his high school sweetheart turned wife and their toddler daughter enjoying the outdoors at home or hiking through Bidwell Park. Konstantin Dronov Konstantin Dronov Project EngineerWith Otto Since: 2018 Konstantin is always ready to help his project team any way he can. Outside of work Konstantin usually stays outside, whether its hiking, traveling, or snowboarding he’s always game to explore the great outdoors.
