Otto Construction completed work on this existing assisted living community, building upon 1.8 acres of undeveloped land and remodeling portions of the existing campus. The scope of work includes construction of nine independent living cottages and a new 20,000 SF assisted living building, which includes 14 residential apartments, community areas, fitness center, activity rooms, a dining area, beauty salon, and administration offices.
